The COSE Arts Network connects the local arts community to COSE’s health care and professional development resources. By joining the COSE Arts Network, you will gain access to a members-only Web site, a health care solutions database specifically for artists, educational and networking events and much more! Already a COSE member?

To join the COSE Arts Network, you must be a member of COSE. To enroll, please click here. You will need your COSE username and password. If you are not already logged into the Arts Network web site, you will need your COSE username to join. Please call customer service if you do not remember that information: 216-592-2222 or go to the online password request form to have this information e-mailed to you.

Not a COSE member?

To enroll in the COSE Arts Network, you must first be a member of COSE. A membership representative can walk you through the steps of joining COSE and the COSE Arts Network.

NEW COSE members who are joining the COSE Arts Network are eligible for a reduced annual membership fee of $225 if they are independent professional artists, arts-based businesses or arts-based non-profits with up to 10 employees.
